In June 2021, the Copenhagen City Council will discuss 1) addendums to their recently accepted Climate Road Map 2021-2025, 2) the framework for their Climate Plan 2035, and 3) the possibility for a phase-out of biomass in the heat supply, with the aim to ensure alignment of these activities.
Looking forward, Copenhagen will include scope 3 consumption. An assessment of potentials and possible pathways are the first steps.
